On the other side of the river Mura in Prekmurje you can start your journey on the Island of Love near the village Ižakovci and maybe use a wooden ferry to get across the river Mura.

Just few kilometres from Ižakovci you can visit the castle surrounded by a park in Beltinci. And from here you can drive to Lendava, a small bilingual town, where people speak Slovenian and Hungarian. Lendava has a castle and a synagogue, but maybe the most interesting is the Chapel of the Holy Trinity with the mummy of Mihael Hadak, located in Lendavse gorice. Lendava also has a thermal spa. 

If you want to energize yourself, the Bukovniško lake known for its energy spots, the chapel of Saint Vid and water spring, is the right place for you. Near by is Dobrovnik where you can see the cultivation of orchids and a tropical garden in the local factory.

Filovci known by pottery is just a few kilometres away. In Bogojina there is a church made by Slovenian moste famous architect Jože Plečnik.

From Bogojina you have just couple kilometers to Tešanovci, where you turn to the village Selo and arrive to the famous chapel Romanesque Rotunda in one of the most beautiful parts of the eastern Goričko. Near by are Moravske toplice with their famous and well know spa Terme 3000 and a golf course.

Murska Sobota is a urban center of Prekmurje and a must see if you want to feel the city beat of Prekmurje region. You cal also visit the castle and museum. From here you can make a panoramic cruise through Goričko to the castle Grad known by its beauty.
